List a model's fields

/custom-fields

List every field on a model (contact, company, deal, product, or task) — both system-generated and the workspace's custom fields — with their grouping and filter/sort metadata. For product only custom fields are returned (no system-field catalog exists for it). Read access requires any contact, company, or deal scope (read/write/all) — no dedicated scope exists, and the same scopes cover every model listed here.
