Rename and/or activate a product category
PATCH/product-categories/:category_id
Rename a product category and/or set its active state. Supply name, active, or both;
whichever is omitted is carried forward. Rejects a name already used by another category with
409 Conflict. Scoped to the caller's workspace — a product.* scope is required.
